Health Rights Information Scotland (HRIS)
Health Rights Information Scotland is a project based within the Scottish Consumer Council, and funded by the Scottish Government Health Directorates. It is a joint initiative to raise the quality of information available to patients about their rights, about how to use NHS services and about what they can expect from the NHS in Scotland.
