Equalities and Rights Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report 2017

This report tells the story of our work to improve Equalities and Rights outcomes from 2013 -17.

It covers both our duties to the people of Lothian, and to our staff.

It is designed to draw out what we have learned over this four year period, so that we can think about how to do this work better over the coming years.

There are four versions of the report.

An Easy Read version, which sets out the main messages in plain language with illustrations (9 pages)

A Summary, which identifies what we are trying to do and how well we think we have done. It also says what we will do next. (5 pages)

A Main Report, which gives lots of information about the work we have done to improve each of the Outcomes we agreed in 2013. It also says what we think that work has taught us. This includes the Equal Pay Statement and the Board Diversity Monitoring Statement. (85 pages)

A Full Reference Report. This is like the Main Report, but it also includes lots of appendices with evidence about each of the Outcomes. It also includes our Equality and Diversity Monitoring Report 2016-17 (320 pages)

All of the reports can be searched for key words and phrases using Ctrl + F in adobe acrobat.
