Getting involved in NHS Lothian, and contact details for further information

Getting involved

NHS Lothian is committed to working with patients and people in communities across the region so that they can help us improve our services. We want our involvement activities to include as wide a range of people as possible to make sure we get a good cross-section of views. Involvement is about working together to improve health services for the benefit of all.  It is about us being able to show how your involvement has made a difference to how we care for you and deliver our services.  There are various ways that you can get involved, please see our patient networks and public partnership forums.

Telling us what you think

It is important that we hear from you about your recent experience of our services. You may wish to make suggestions on how we could improve our services or compliment our staff on what they did for you or your relative. You may wish to make a complaint.  We would be pleased to hear from you, because it is important that we learn what is working well and what could be better.  Please see our Compliments, concerns and complaints section for more details.

Volunteering

There are many ways you can help NHS Lothian as a volunteer. For information on the options available and where to get further details, see our volunteering page.
