eProcurement

eProcurement is the process by which both requisitioning of goods and services is completed online and the electronic process used to conduct procurement exercises.
Why eProcurement?
Effective eProcurement provides in-depth data and information on public expenditure.
The procurement and finance departments can analyse this to highlight inefficient spending and cost saving opportunities.
Also e-procurement can be used as a tool to facilitate increased participation from suppliers – specifically SME’s.
