Supplier Survey

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we ask suppliers to tell us what it is like to do business with us by completing our survey here.

What do we do With it?

The Procurement Team regualrly review the Supplier Surveys, Customer Surveys and Satisfaction Ratings from the Procurement Helpdesk.   We use this information, the good and the bad to look for trends which we can analyse, find solutions and then implement those solutions.
