Procurement Legislation

The Scottish Government is responsible for the development of national procurement policy and guidance in Scotland.

The Handbook is supplemented by Scottish Procurement Policy Notes (SPPNs) which provide updates on current procurement policy issues.

The following links provide more detailed guidance on various policy issues and information about the legal framework for public procurement.
