The Procurement Helpdesk is our customer and suppler interactive customer service management tool. It allows customers to request help or ask questions themselves directly onto the system which we can then pick up and follow up. Each request generates a 'ticket' which automatically emails updates to the requester via their email address allowing each customer to view exactly what is happening with their query in 'real' time assuring them that we are doing everything we can to help them with their request.
