I hereby give notice under The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2009, as amended, that NHS Lothian has received an application for inclusion in the pharmaceutical list to provide pharmaceutical services from applicant, The Elixir Pharmacy Group, in respect of premises at 218 Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5DX.
NHS Lothian’s Pharmacy Practices Committee, who will convene to consider this application, would like to have available feedback from the local community in relation to this application. Further information about the services provided by NHS community pharmacies and the Pharmacy Practices Committee are available via our "Lothian Pharmacy Practices Committee Decisions" page.
