David Hill, Contractor Support Officer at the Primary Care Contracts Organisation (PCCO), should be the first point of contact for any contractual changes at the pharmacy. These include changes of ownership, changes in opening hours and minor relocations. Completed PGDs should be sent to David or Bob Taylor at PCCO so these can be added to the Lothian pharmacy records. David is also responsible for administering new applications to join the pharmaceutical list.​
