The service is for:
- patients waiting for a liver transplant
- sudden liver failure patients who were not on the waiting list
- post-transplant patients, carers, families and friends.

Liver transplant patient
The service aims to help you:
- feel less anxious and less isolated
- get comfort from talking to someone and sharing your experiences
- feel supported and confident.
"It is very difficult for family to understand what you are going through and you don't want to worry them or let them know that you can't cope"
