About Occupational Health

LH Occupational Health & Safety is the trading arm of NHS Lothian Occupational Health and Safety Service. We have been trading since 1993 offering a wide range of Occupational Health Services to a varied clientele in both the public and private sector. Our aim is to provide high quality, cost effective Occupational Health Services to organisations outwith the NHS and our clients include public services, scientific laboratories and research establishments, industry, healthcare, local authorities and universities.

LH Occupational Health can assist employers to manage sickness absence, suggest redeployment options and offer fast track to physiotherapy. We can tailor our services to meet the requirements of your organisation and in the case of health surveillance, your employees may be able to seen on your premises rather than them having to travel to one of our clinics. Our professional Occupational Health staff can work with you to advise on best practice in the workplace and to ensure that your organisational policies are in line with HSE guidelines.
