Welcome to the Collaborative and Public Art Programmes at the Royal Infirmary.

Through its activities, the Arts Committee aims to enhance the quality of the environment at the Infirmary, taking into account the need for the physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing of staff, patients and visitors alike.

Through collaborative projects managed by Artlink and Ginkgo Projects Ltd, the programme offers opportunities which encourage distraction and discussion, which create times and spaces for contemplation and which take you away from the immediacy of the hospital environment.
