Alcohol Awareness Week 4th - 10th Oct

The theme of this year’s Alcohol Awareness Week is ‘Get more out of your day, week, weekend…’ NHS Lothian is supporting the national campaign which is a joint initiative from the Scottish Government’s partnership agreement with the alcohol industry.

Watch out for health promotion events taking place across Lothian and take part in the ‘unit challenge’ to see if you can identify how much a unit of alcohol is. People will be given a free unit measure to take away to keep as a handy guide when drinking at home.
