Get involved with Lothian’s Mental Health Arts & Film Festival

The Lothian Mental Health Arts Film Festival takes place from 1 to 22 October. It is part of the national initiative, the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival, which features over 200 events across Scotland.

The arts provide many valuable opportunities to focus on mental wellbeing, to promote recovery, and to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health. The festival will use the arts as a platform to encourage people to think about mental health and wellbeing.

The events include film, visual arts, music, storytelling, theatre and workshops. All events are either free or low cost, and are designed to be accessible to young people, families, adults and older people.
