Give yourself a break

  • If someone offered you £1,800 a year for life you’d be pretty pleased. With a 20-a-day smoker spending at least £35 a week on cigarettes, that’s what you would save by stopping.
  • Many smokers spend a lot of the time craving for cigarettes, so it’s no wonder 70% want to stop. Once they do they start to feel better, can do things without getting out of breathe and stop worrying about when they can have their next cigarette.
