The Keep Well team at the Edinburgh Access Practice offer Keep Well health checks to people aged 35-64 years who are from the Gypsy/Traveller, Homeless and Prison leavers populations. The health checks are carried out within bed and breakfasts, hostels, temporary housing, travellers site and prison establishments. The nurses who complete the checks are supported by outreach workers to help you with lifestyle changes or with practical things like form filling or finding a GP.
The Keep Well team at the Minority Ethnic Health Inclusion Service offer the health check to people from minority ethnic communities in GP practices and at community events.
